At VGN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your electronics in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your VGN account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
